Throughout this project, I was responsible for both the monitoring and overall project management aspects, ensuring smooth and effective execution from start to finish. As the sole project manager, I played a pivotal role in overseeing all phases of the project, from designing, organization communications and deliveries. In the Path Planner project, I was responsible for designing the monitoring portion. As the lead in this area, I developed and implemented monitoring screens to ensure seamless execution throughout all stages of path planning.
